Full time support worker in Chatham and Rochester
Everycare Medway and Swale are looking for part and full time care support workers in Rochester and Chatham.
The role of a support worker is to provide the care required to help our clients live independent lives. Duties will vary depending on individual needs but will usually include: personal care, help with getting to appointments and to social outings and companionship.
We offer full training and flexible working hours for the right candidates.

Everycare Medway and Swale are recruiting for an experienced team leader to head on our 24 hour care packages
This is a full time role and will include alternate weekend work,
The team leader is responsible for ensuring that Everycare Medway and Swale continue to provide the best 24 hour care possible to our range of clients.
As a team leader you will
-
Run a team of carers, ensuring they have the training, and competencies they need to do their job effectively.

Organise daily plans and rota’s so all of our clients have the support they need and that our carers are able to meet our client’s requirements.

Liaise with the senior management team to review and highlight team and individual performance
-
Manage our 24 hour service effectively and with care and compassion
You will need to be able to drive and have access to a car.
This is a full time role and will be based across multiple locations including the Everycare Medway and Swale offices in Rochester
