Everycare Romford – About Us

Everycare Romford provides home care services across Havering Council focusing on Romford, Harold Hill, Hornchurch, Rainham, Upminster and Brentwood.

The office is located within the centre of the county town of Romford. We have a comprehensive range of administrative facilities, including dedicated interview, study and training rooms and a regularly updated IT facility.

The mission of Everycare Romford is to significantly improve the quality of life for people with health and social care needs in all environments through the provision of a wide range of care and support services. To ensure our services are of the highest quality they are person centred and outcome based.

To effectively meet the needs of our customers, we will arrange individually designed social care programmes for each service user or organisation.

Services are delivered by directly employed care staff who are appropriately qualified, trained, supervised and are fully conversant with current medical and social care practice.

All of our staff are trained to the highest standard and we implement planned continuous professional development for all staff  undertaking regular programmes of staff training, supervision and appraisal.

Mijanur Rahman Chowdhury is the Managing Director, involved for many years at director level in the education and fashion and property industry, he brings a wealth of business management skills. His abilities have not only been directed at developing Everycare, but he has also contributed to local business at executive level.

Nayma Tanny serves as our Registered Manager, overseeing all care staff and ensuring the delivery of exceptional care. With a Bachelor of Science (Honors) in Health and Social Care, Nayma brings over 8 years of dedicated experience in supporting vulnerable adults and mental health patients within the industry.
