My father needed care at short notice and it was a very worrying time for him and the family. Everycare made the whole process simple, from our first meeting and assessment, through the prompt setting up of daily care, to the implementation of the plan. The timetable ensured the same carers visited on the same days. Each team member dealt with Dad professionally and gently, allowing him to retain some independence. His care was only required for a short time and again the reduction of care was handled promptly and sensitively. I would not hesitate to use Everycare again or to recommend them. Highly recommended. Everycare helped us look after mum at her home for 4 months, and never let us down once. They have an online system where you can see who is scheduled to arrive and when, and you can see the carers’ notes after each visit. Carers are highly trained and effective in dealing with Alzheimers. Everycare Hillingdon is a small company which cares, you can get straight through to them on the phone and they know each customer by name. Last minute changes accommodated without fuss, e.g. spending a few extra hours with mum in an emergency. Thank you for all your care.

This care provider never puts a foot wrong. My 95 year old mother gets on really well with the carers who all have enough time to chat with her. Often the only human contact during the day they make a huge difference to her quality of life and my peace of mind. Two years later my mother is 97 and increasingly frail. After a fall she was in hospital over Xmas 2024. When she needed more care to return home Everycare just got it sorted overnight to provide two carers four times a day. When there were staff shortages the office staff stepped in to make sure my mother got the care she needed. Outstanding care in every way.

We joined Everycare in June, following the closure of our previous care company, with whom we had been very happy. It was also recommended by a friend, and our previous manager.

It took a little while for my husband to adjust to having a larger number of carers than he had been used to, but he is now very settled, with a more regular team. The personal care he receives is very good, and he enjoys being taken out for a walk when there is a companionship visit. The management are very approachable, and any minor issues have been dealt with promptly and helpfully.

I contacted Everycare during a weekend at very short notice when my 95 yr old mother was taken into hospital in London acutely ill with pneumonia. Although Mum had private health insurance, the hospital wouldn’t allow me to stay alone with her 24/7 as they insisted I had to have a break myself and asked me to arrange for a carer to sit with her overnight so that I could get some sleep myself. Anu who I spoke to on the phone was so very helpful and reassuring along with Charlotte and both of them quickly understood the situation I found myself in. It was therefore arranged that they would send a carer to sit with mum in her hospital room throughout the night for the length of her hospital stay. The carer they sent, Sham, was so lovely, very kind, professional and caring and Mum took to her immediately, as did I. It was a very stressful time both for my Mum & myself and I honestly can’t thank Everycare enough for how they really did help us at very short notice, during a weekend and couldn’t have supported us better. I can highly recommend this company – 5 stars to Everycare!

I have found the service and support of Everycare Hillingdon branch to be exceptional. They are extremely reliable and have gone above and beyond to ensure my mother in law is well cared for. They have resolved numerous issues which has reduced my stress levels. They are proactive when identifying potential problems and keep me informed of all remediation activities. The management team always make themselves available to take my calls and regularly call me to provide care progress update as I live several miles away. Good carers are hard to find and I feel extremely fortunate to have found Everycare.
