I have been running Everycare since 2014. I am passionate about providing the highest quality care available to our Service Users in their own homes.
We have learned that many people want to stay in their own homes and want to remain as independent as possible. We decided to start Live-in care services to help enable this. Offering Live-in care has given such reassurance for service users to know that this is an option and has now become an extension of our services. It has become such a popular option.
I have been working in the care sector for over 30 years and have enjoyed every aspect, I still get to know our clients on a personal level too.

After several years working in the field of live in care, I joined Everycare Central Hampshire in November 2021 as Operations and Development Manager. In this role, I oversee our 24 hour care service and ensure the Team consistently delivers exceptional standards of care.
My responsibilities span day to day operational management, marketing, and HR, alongside ensuring our services remain fully compliant with CQC regulations. I work closely with Karen to support the continued growth and development of the business, including the management of our 24 hour live in care services.
I am proud of the standards we achieve and firmly believe there is no better place than home, surrounded by familiar memories. We have built an extensive hub of highly experienced carers and take great care in matching each carer with the right client. My primary focus is to support the Team in providing outstanding, personalised care and delivering a service that truly meets the needs of our clients and their families.
