The Everycare Home Care Franchise Opportunity in the UK
Everycare is looking to award home care and nursing franchises to individuals or companies who will benefit from our vast experience and knowledge of the provision of care and nursing services enabling them to replicate our success in the personal care and healthcare staffing support sector.
The Everycare opportunity is essentially a management franchise.
The Everycare service
Everycare provides health & social care services to both Local Authority and privately funded service users in their own homes. We also supply qualified nursing staff to both public and private sector organisations providing health care services.
Everycare has developed a tried and tested business system for the administration and successful development of all these services.
The Everycare service breaks down into two distinct parts:
1. The provision of domiciliary care services
Most people will refer to this part of the business as ‘home care’. This side of the business involves recruiting a team of health & social care assistants (home care workers) to provide our extensive range of support services to a variety of client groups, enabling service users to enjoy an improved quality of life and be cared for in their own home.
2. Twenty four hour live in care services
Everycare provides a flexible live-in care service (24 hour care service) across the UK allowing clients to remain in their own home.
3. The nursing agency
Everycare supplies nurses to hospitals, care homes, industry and private service users and contractors. Our nurses are fully trained professionals who are registered with the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
We also supply health care assistants to these organizations. The Everycare system enables the successful management of all aspects of the business. The business package Everycare provides a comprehensive business package to give all franchise owners the tools they need to succeed. This comprises an initial two week training course covering all aspects of the business operation. (Training is delivered partly at Everycare head office and the new franchise owner’s location), assistance with obtaining government registration, help with recruitment of key personnel, advice and assistance on local marketing, complete stationery and promotional material package, uniforms, bespoke computer software, operational manuals, staff manuals, complete staff training system, policies, procedures, IT support via the Internet and a comprehensive launch package to enable you to commence trading as soon as possible.
