Everycare Dorset – Nursing Sevices
Nursing Services in Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding areas of Dorset.
The Everycare Dorset nursing services are designed to meet the temporary staffing needs of NHS Trusts, GP Practices and private hospitals, plus the provision of nurses for various types of domiciliary care. We supply general nurses and those with specialist expertise including mental health skills. We also provide Health Care Assistants, again having a variety of abilities and qualifications, but all of whom are trained to the appropriate level for the assignment. We will not place staff with you unless we consider they possess abilities that are appropriate to the placement. All our nurses receive ongoing training to ensure their skills and working practices are up to date. Our nurses are trained to integrate readily with your team and provide an excellent service.
Care Homes
We are a major supplier of Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants on temporary assignment to many care homes within Dorset, having gained an unrivaled reputation for the quality of our staff and the reliability of our service. Specialist and appropriately trained staff are provided for mental health units, learning disabilities etc. We work closely with care home managers and proprietors to ascertain their specific requirements, thus ensuring that any staff provided are matched to their needs and any requests are dealt with quickly, efficiently and with the minimum of fuss.
Home Nursing – Personal Injury
We provide Registered Nurses and Health Care Assistants to care for clients in their own home, for such needs as: short or long term care due to illness, recuperation, respite care, or care and nursing for clients who have suffered personal injury. We work closely with insurance companies and clients legal representatives to ensure there is minimum disruption to a client’s day-to-day life and seamless management of the client’s care.
Prisons, Industry etc.
Everycare provide various grades of staff to HM Prison service and associated units, including RMNs and Health Care Assistants. Such staff receive additional specialist clearance via the Home Office.
Accompaniment Service
Hospitals, care homes etc. may have patients/residents that require accompanying on leisure trips, or perhaps visits to a GP surgery, day centre etc. but you may not have the spare resources available to undertake the escort yourselves. This is a service provided to clients on a regular basis and is an economic way of meeting the needs of your patients/residents with minimum disruption to your core services.
