Everycare Tunbridge Wells is a franchised office owned and operated under licence by Mr Ali Rastgoye.

Ali said ‘With Everycare already having delivered care in Sussex for 20 years I’m delighted to be able to bring quality care to the people of Tunbridge Wells’. He added ‘The fact that Everycare had such a great name for providing a quality service made them the obvious choice for me to work with as a business partner’

Ali lives in Hastings with his wife Lucy who is a solicitor in a local law firm.

Tara Glynne-Percy is the Registered Care Manager for Everycare Hastings. She joined the team in September 2018.

She has over 20 years’ experience in the care sector and has held managerial positions since 2008.

“My background has been managing complex care services during which I led effectively and efficiently a multi-disciplinary team. I also have experience in collaborating and working in partnership with several health professionals.

I have a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and various others qualifications.

As a Care Manager my role and responsibility are to ensure that people who uses the service are supported to make choices and are protected from physical, psychological and emotional harm, abuse, discrimination and neglect. To respect each individual person’s right, choice, privacy, dignity and fulfilment by promoting empowerment and involvement in all aspects of their daily life.”
