Salary negotiable depending on level of experience

The Individual:

You will have a minimum of one year recent experience in the Health & Social Care sector and have already attained your NVQ / QCF2 as a minimum entry level for this role.

You will be looking for your entry level opportunity into Health & Social Care management.

The Job:

This is a highly rewarding role with an interesting and varied range of duties that make it up, which is centred around supporting individuals to remain as independent as possible in their own home environment. Alongside supporting the members of your team to deliver high standards of care you will carry out spot checks (quality control), risk assessments, care plan reviews, audit administrative compliance.

Training

If you have not already completed your NVQ / QCF3 you will need to do so, which we will support you through. In addition to our two week induction training you will receive ongoing training in risk assessments, mentoring, customer service, business administration and team leadership ( an individually tailored plan will be agreed with you dependent on your previous experience)
