Thank you for taking time to read our job advert, it is appreciated.

At Everycare We understand that deciding who you choose to work with is a big deal, just as deciding who joins our team is for us too, because of that we would like to tell you a little about ourselves, which we hope will help you in making such an important decision…..

We are a family run business with the added benefit of being part of a much larger National network established in 1993; we believe that our size makes us big enough to matter but small enough to care well for our team and service users alike.

Michelle (our  Manager) heads up the Bristol home Care Team and looks after the day to day running of the service, if you join our Team she will be your line Manager, she’s really friendly, understanding and easy to talk to, it’s her job to welcome you into our team and make sure that you feel at home as quickly as possible.

Michelle is supported by Claire (on administration) & Shona (our Assistant Manager and in house training Guru).

Amongst other things Michelle is in charge of recruitment, one of Michelle’s roles is to see that we don’t make an invitation to join our team unless we can provide the hours and support that you are looking for in your area, if we can’t, we will be honest and let you know from the outset.

Shona will guide you through our in house induction course where you will meet your new colleagues and either refresh already honed skills or learn new ones as Shona guides and instructs you through the skills and qualifications that are required to become an Everycarer, once the classroom work is over Shona will regularly work with you in the community keeping your skills and qualifications up to date and supporting you in learning any more specialist skills that are required from time to time by our service users.

We would love to hear from you, in the first instance for an informal chat where we can answer any questions that you have so you can make an informed decision about if you would like to apply to join our small friendly team.

We look forward to hearing from you

Kind Regards

The Everycare Team
