National Live in Care Services to be developed with assistance of Everycare Eastbourne
Everycare Eastbourne chosen by UKHCA to develop Live in Care services across the UK.
Everycare Eastbourne have been chosen as one of only twelve companies to work with the UKHCA (United Kingdom Home Care Association) in developing Live in Services to the public across the UK.
Andy Taylor, Everycare Eastbourne’s proprietor said, ‘I’m delighted that we have been recognised for the excellent service that we already provide to our home care clients in being asked to participate in this venture with the UKHCA. They have recognised the ever increasing demand for care services is driving a new and fairly unregulated market within the Live in Care sector.
To ensure that moving forwards clients can expect the highest possible standards of Live in Care we will be involved in various pilots and steering groups to raise awareness of the service to the general public as well as to develop best practice across the industry. At the moment too many individuals are receiving completely unregulated support from carers working on a self employed basis often without adequate training – if any at all. We need to ensure that people receive the very best levels of service and care from properly trained, insured and appropriate staff from high quality regulated companies.’
The UKHCA scheme will be running across the UK for the next twelve months. Please watch here for further information or should you require further information on our Live in Care service please contact us on 01323 430762.
