Tech Fest – FREE event helping over 65’s build confidence with technology

Homecare Association member Everycare Hants recently hosted another successful Tech Fest – a free event helping local residents over 65 build confidence with technology.
From shopping online and storing photos in the cloud to sending WhatsApp messages and connecting hearing aids to smartphones, attendees gained valuable skills in a supportive setting.
From downloading bank statements and resizing photos for bus passes to connecting hearing aids to a phone, setting up laptops, shopping online, creating photo libraries, using cloud storage, and even sending voicemails on WhatsApp – attendees had the chance to get support with a wide range of everyday challenges.
Events like this empower older generations to stay connected and independent in today’s digital world.
